Is your child struggling with anxiety, selective mutism, or fears that limit their life?

You are not the problem, but you can be the solution

You've tried everything to help them feel braver, but nothing seems to stick.

What if I told you there's a proven way to help your child overcome anxiety - and you don't even need to ask your child to change?

I'm Katrina and I support parents throughout Surrey and worldwide, using parent-led strategies including the research-backed SPACE anxiety treatment program.

You come to the online sessions, you learn the strategies, and you create the changes that help your child overcome anxiety and worry to become more confident, independent and resilient.

- Reduce general and specific anxieties

Why Parent-Led Support Works

You've read all the parenting books. You're using gentle, connection-based approaches. You've tried encouragement, rewards, patience, understanding. You're doing everything the experts say to do - so why isn't it working?

Here's the truth: it's not because you're doing it wrong. Anxiety needs a different approach.

The solution...

When you attend the sessions and make strategic changes to how you respond to anxiety, your child builds the skills to manage anxiety themselves - without being asked to do anything scary.

Both you and your child feel better. You get a sustainable approach that works, so if new anxieties pop up, you'll know exactly what to do.

This isn't about being a perfect parent. This is about learning proven techniques that create real, lasting change.

Now I support families across Surrey and beyond to help their children overcome anxiety using proven, science-backed methods.

Katrina's qualifications:
