Free Discovery Call (30 mins)
We'll discuss your child's specific challenges, your family situation, and whether parent-led support is right for you. There's no pressure - just an honest conversation about how I can help.
1:1 Coaching Sessions

We'll work together in regular one-hour sessions (typically every 2-3 weeks) via Zoom. This gives you time to implement changes between sessions and see real progress.
Both parents are encouraged to attend together when possible, though sessions can be recorded for sharing.
Between sessions, I'm available for check-ins and questions. You'll never feel alone on this journey.
